Core Stabilization on Ball

Keep it steady by getting on the Ball and working towards increasing your balance, core stability, strength and flexibility using the ball and a variety of exercise equipment.

Build 'n Burn

This class will take it up a notch with periods of peak intensity exercise using a combination of cardio machines followed by active recovery and strength exercise to maximize calorie burn. This class combines cardiovascular training and light to medium resistance with a ration of 3:3 (3 minutes of cardio/3 minutes of resistance training). A 10-15 minute overall body warm-up is introduced prior to the actual interval and an overall stretch after the interval is complete.

Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar yoga can be practiced by all, the emphasis is on precision and alignment in all postures. Iyengar yoga uses props such as belts, blocks, blankets which helps the student to achieve perfection in all the postures. Great care is taken to sequence different groups of asana to receive the greatest benefits.

Pilates Mat Work

Re-teach your body correct form and movement, focusing on a disciplined series of controlled exercises. Workout more efficiently, improves core stabilization, muscle imbalances, alignment, increase balance, and overall strength.

Outdoor Adventure

Join us outdoors rain or shine for a workout that will increase your cardio,strength, agility, and flexibility, by using skipping ropes,medicine balls, resistance tubing and much more. Whether it is climbing stairs or doing pushups this workout is sure to give you a challenge. *Location changes week to week.
