Raise the Bar
Welcome to Raise The Bar Fitness and Rehab Center
We are a unique fitness facility:
- Small class sizes gives you more one on one time with the instructor
- The instructor does not do the class with you, they show you what to do, and then correct you as you do the class
- Classes are longer than 60 minutes, giving you time to do all the activities correctly and ask questions if you need to
- Informed, educated instructors who are committed to your personal goals
- With such small numbers in the class, it is like sharing a personal trainer at the fraction of the cost
After thirteen years of being a massage therapist, and seeing the injuries both immobility and incorrect activity have caused, we were happy to have the opportunity to add Raise The Bar. A facility to help reduce injury, and increase awareness in proper body movement and to increase strength and stability to your daily life.
We have used our experience to build a center focused on the individual, not the group, so that each person can reach his/her own goals.
